I celebrated the release of The Man from Shadow Creek at A Romantic Rendezvous, a multi-author, multi-city book signing for romance readers and authors! I attended the Brisbane book signing only and had a wonderful time catching up with fellow writers and meeting many readers. Also in attendance were special guests Julia Quinn and Audrey Carlan, friends H.M. Hodgson and Frances Dall'Alba, and favourite authors Amy Andrews and Tania Joyce.

Thank you Australian Romance Readers Association for hosting the event. I look forward to many more.

I'm excited to announce that I have launched a channel on YouTube where I can talk about the Shadow Creek series, discuss books I've read, and share writing tips. I have many ideas and some plans, but for now, I'm launching with three videos that discuss ​Home Among the Palm Trees.

I'm thrilled to announce that I am independently publishing my rural romance series Shadow Creek. Book one, Home Among the Palm Trees, will be available May 10th!

This series has been with me for many years now and after a lot of work, this had been the best choice for this book and I can't wait to share it with you.

The Shadow Creek series will contain six books about the Maguire family, but I can't promise there won't be spin-offs about other people who live in Elizadale. Stay tuned!

I'm thrilled to announce that my rural romance manuscript has made the longlist in Queensland Writers Centre's manuscript development program PUBLISHABLE.

Publishable is a program in which we submitted the first fifty pages of our manuscripts, along with a synopsis and answers to other questionnaires. The pages were read to form the longlist. We now undergo further assessment before the shortlist is announced in August.
